Due to business growth, they currently have exciting opportunities for an experienced Regional Business Managers and a Business Development Manager to join their organisation. For both positions they require highly organised, confident and capable sales managers who excel in working to targets and deadlines. As this role is field based you must have a full driving licence and be a self motivated person able to work on your own initiative as well as being comfortable with long distance travel.

Regional Business Manager
In this business development role you will develop strategic plans to increase business and revenue, whist maintaining existing relationships and expanding existing business where possible. You should have demonstrative experience in account management and maximising the potential from your clients. As an ambassador for this company you will be expected to lead by example and champion their services where ever possible. As a self motivated, high achiever you will be expected to hit targets to achieve a healthy bonus. They trust their people and give full autonomy to their Sales Managers; in return they expect commitment, hard work and success. You will report into an Area Manager who you can take the opportunity to draw knowledge and experience from.
 
Skills and Qualifications
Business Development Manager They also require an experienced sales professional to join a small but very busy Northern team. Covering Scotland, and the North of England you will develop business and promote the products and services to their clients. You will visit prospective clients as well as existing to ensure that the number of approved centres increases. This will involve presenting to groups of people so confidence is essential. You will work to targets and deadlines to achieve bonus. Part of your role will be to support the Awarding body with ideas to address market gaps and create new business opportunities as well as gaining feedback from existing clients to ensure constant improvement. To Apply The successful candidates will have a proven track record in consultative selling in a membership environment. A born communicator, you should be able to influence on all levels. They pride themselves on being experts in their field so up to date knowledge of business issues affecting management and leadership would be essential as well as excellent ICT skills. In both of these roles you will be responsible for making rational, realistic and sound decisions in a timely fashion, there is no time for crumbling under pressure.
