Job Description:
They are currently recruiting for Technical Sales Advisors to join their team at their offices in Newcastle under Lyme to provide technical and sales advice to their customers over the telephone and through written communication. It will be your responsibility to prioritise quotations to ensure that they are returned within specified dates and to make sure that their customers receive them. Reporting to the Business Manager and Regional Supervisor, you will construct all written quotations using the in-house CRM system and check all quotes to ensure that they are accurate. You will process tenders and respond to all incoming sales and technical inquiries, recognising potential sale opportunities and maximising profit for our business.
 
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience within a similar role, providing technical and sales advice to customers. With excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure, you will have an eye for sales opportunities and be a fast learner. You will have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel, and have a friendly and helpful telephone manner. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, must be excellent, and you will have experience of writing quotation and processing tenders. As this is a fast paced sales environment, you must be able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. networx is not a typical agency. We handle applications on behalf of our clients.
