Job Description:
Responding to the Site Operations Manager, you will lead the production team to deliver the day to day SHE, quality and production standards and targets required. Additionally you will provide software support to the plant DCS system.

This is a demanding role, requiring excellent delivery and people skills, coupled with strong technical, problem solving and systems skills and high SHE standards. The successful candidate will probably be degree qualified in either Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and will have experience providing production support and/or line management at a chemical site, preferably batch manufacturing. Working with DCS systems would be an advantage. The job holder would be part of the site’s emergency out of hours emergency duty team once trained.
